When you use DilSev, we collect basic account information (name, email address) to track your language progress, streak milestones, and leaderboard rankings. When using voice features, speech transcripts are processed in memory to evaluate phoneme accuracy and provide real-time AI responses.
2. Audio Data Processing
Your spoken audio is never sold, traded, or used for third-party advertising. Audio streams are processed via encrypted channels for real-time speech-to-text transcription and accent evaluation, then immediately discarded from active memory buffers.
3. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect all user data. Payment processing is handled exclusively through Stripe's certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure; DilSev never stores your raw credit card numbers.
4. Your GDPR & CCPA Rights
You have the right to request access to your data, request deletion of your account and all associated streak history, or export your progress. You can exercise these rights at any time by emailing us at privacy@dilsev.com.
