1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DilSev (website and web app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Subscriptions & 7-Day Free Trials
DilSev offers Free and Pro tier subscriptions. The Pro Annual plan includes an optional 7-day free trial. You may cancel your trial at any time prior to the trial expiration without incurring any charges directly in your settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
3. Acceptable Use
DilSev is designed for personal, educational, and professional language improvement. You agree not to reverse engineer the underlying AI models, transmit abusive or harmful content through speech synthesis, or circumvent usage caps through automated scripts.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
While DilSev utilizes state-of-the-art neural AI models for speech evaluation, language learning outcomes depend on individual dedication and practice. DilSev is provided "as is" without warranty of guaranteed fluency outcomes.
5. Governing Law & Contact
